To use our Remote Support option you must follow these steps:
- Call us on 01254 831 145 or Local Rate 0845 8388 545
to agree that Remote Support is feasible
- Accept the cost of £25.50 (+ VAT) per 20 minutes of Remote Support
- Click HERE to download the Remote Support software.
You will be prompted to either:
1. "Save File" in which case you should save the file to the Desktop of your computer, or
2. To "Run" the file. You may have to Unblock or Allow this programme in your Firewall to run this software.
- Sit back while we work on your PC
- If we can't fix the problem we will refund £15.00 of the charge.
